How does the credits system work?

Credits are how you pay for clips. Each clip costs credits based on duration: 30s = 40 credits, 60s = 80 credits, 90s = 120 credits, 2 min = 160 credits. Credits reset every month with your subscription.
What happens if I run out of credits?

You can buy credit top-up packs anytime. Purchased credit packs never expire — they stack on top of your monthly subscription credits.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to your Account page and click cancel. You keep full access until the end of your billing period. No fees, no questions asked.
What happens after my annual plan ends?

Your plan automatically renews at the standard monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate). You'll get a reminder email 14 days before renewal so you can decide whether to continue or cancel.
Do unused credits roll over?

Subscription credits reset each month. Credit packs you purchase separately never expire and roll over indefinitely.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Go to Account, click change plan, and pick the new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
