Welcome to Sourcr.ai. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Sourcr.ai is an AI-powered video clipping tool that helps creators turn long-form videos into short, viral clips with automatic captions and vertical formatting.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sourcr.ai. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the standard monthly rate after the first year
• You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Credits

Credits are used to generate clips. Different clip durations cost different amounts (40-160 credits per clip). Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

5. Content Rights & Responsibilities

You retain all rights to videos you upload. By using Sourcr.ai you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content you upload, OR
• You have permission from the rights holder to use it
• The content does not violate any laws

You may NOT upload content that:

• Contains child exploitation material
• Promotes violence or hate speech
• Violates copyright or intellectual property
• Contains malware or harmful code

6. Generated Clips

You own the clips generated from your videos. We grant you full commercial rights to use them on any platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use Sourcr.ai for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy our service
• Resell our service without authorization
• Abuse our API or attempt to bypass rate limits

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
